Friday Sketchers # 136

Decided to make another card this morning instead of cleaning.  While doing the school runs and thinking about challenges, the idea came for these papers and this image and sketch and I then remembered that the card had to be in before midday.  Don't think I have ever made a card as quick or one that turned out ok. Must go and do some tidying, etc., now before the girls come home from school, before I feel guilty at making a card yesterday and today.

Cardblank - Craftwork Cards
Patterned Paper and Flowers - K & Co Wild Saffron (these are one of my favourite papers)
Image - Sugar Nellie - Sweet and Sassy (another of my favourite images)
Coloured with Distress Inks
Gems - Mei Flower
Sentiment - Pink Gem
Woodware Punch

I am entering my card into Friday Sketchers # 136

I am keeping a promise to myself to finish the inside of cards as I make them.  Always find that when you need one and it needs finished you have either ran out of those papers or don't have any spare time.

Thanks for popping by, your comments are very much appreciated.

LOL at making a card instead of cleaning - I love your decision making skills! :D

.......and it was time well spent! Fab card, gorgeous, bright and cheery. You have coloured her brilliantly, and all the little touches are perfect.

I too always finish the inside before I start the next project - else I would never find the scraps again either. My smallest dog Oliver thinks they belong to him when they hit the floor ;)

Good luck

I love the card it's bright and fab. I have to admit that my crafting new years resolution (well one of them lol) is to make the inside as nice as the outside, you have me inspired to try.
